The location is nice, relatively close to World Bags and Luggage Museum. It's based in extremely safe area, easy to get to-and-from Haneda airport. It is undoubtedly a modern option when in Tokyo.

Spent Christmas here and it was awesome! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is strategically located near the train station that made it easy to go around Tokyo. The proximity of the hotel to the river gave me a great view of the city skyline. Another great feature was the friendly staff who were always so warm and accommodating.

The self-check-in was quite confusing, and the process took longer than expected. The staff could have been more accommodating to our arrival time, as we did inform them ahead of time.

Plus, the surrounding area was quiet at night, so we slept well. the staff was very kind and accommodating.
